Hello and Welcome to Blue Sky Brewery

Thank you for taking the time to view our product and read a little into why our beer brand is unique.

I am proud of what we have accomplished as a team and most importantly how we have taken a regional, obscure brand and thrust it into the upper pantheon of International contemporary beers.Pride, passion, integrity and professionalism are all current corporate buzz words, however I believe in those words and they are why we are an on-going success.

It’s really about a team of people with a common goal. Our team is unique in that they, not only like each other, they actually like working together. Ego is based on the quality of product that they collectively create and deliver on a daily basis. This is why I am proud and why we are attracting so much kudos. People creating a product that is designed for people.

Yes it’s true that our part of the world has some of the cleanest table waters. Yes it is true that our part of the world also has the purest environment for us to deliver a beer that is free of preservatives and additives. Our product is from Cairns and I am proud to say after 20 years of living in Cairns I can give something back to Cairns.

So good you have to FNQ for it! A golden coloured lager that is filtered to produced a bright Australian Style Premium lager. Floral aromas emanate from the Hallertau Hops. A dry malty finish is complemented by the finest Pale, Munich, and Roasted Malts.

4.4% ALC/VOL

Food match: Aussie meat pie or steak, Pavolva, any smokey cheese will do

So good you have to FNQ for it! A premium midstrength lager brewed by combining the highest quality imported and local malt and hops.

3.3% ALC/VOL

Caesar Salad, Haloumi Cheese, cake and ice cream.

Cairns Gold uses pure malt and a good dose of Premium bittering hops. We utilise pristine waters and the finest quality ingredients sourced from around the world.

3.3% ALC/VOL

Food match: Fish and chips and Cheddar cheese.

A traditional Czech-style beer made with imported Pilsner yeast and Premium Saaz hops. This filtered Pilsner retains malt, hops and yeast residue giving a full flavoured experience with floral aromas.

4.5% ALC/VOL

Food match: Curry or Spicy foods, the bitterness will cut through the spice cleansing your pellet, Creamy rich Brie and sweet vanilla ice cream for contrast.
